The Career Assistance Mentoring Program (C.A.M.P.) is a year long program that the DC Chapter institutes to foster mentorship and relationships across the IRS. C.A.M.P. Offers an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to pursue professional development while enhancing their career building and/or career development skills through a structured nine-month mentoring program.
